- Add milk, sugar, saffron and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Add raisins and cardamom

- Thick Curd, 1kg
- Grounded Sugar, ¾ cup
- Saffron Strands, few
- Warm Milk, 1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder, 2 tsp
- Almond and Pistachio, chopped finely for garnishing

- Drain off all the water of the curd by hanging it in a muslin cloth for sometime
