Ice -cream’. This recipe is the native of the land of royals,
Rajasthan in India. It is traditionally made from Saffron, Pistachios
and milk.

mouth-watering Indian Saffron Ice-cream or Saffron Kulfi dish
Saffron Kulfi or Indian Saffron Ice -cream
4 cups of Milk
1/4 cup of warm milk
1/2 tsp of Saffron threads
1/4 chopped pistachios
1 tablespoon of rice flour
1 tablespoon of almond powder
1 cup of cream
Method:
Begin by reducing the 4 cups of milk to
half its quantity over a medium flame. Then in a separate pan pour in
the 1/4 cup of warm milk and slide in 1/2 tsp of Saffron threads to
it.

Carefully transfer it in stainless
steel molds and refrigerate it for 6 hours. Your Indian Saffron
Ice-cream is ready to eat. You can garnish it with Cardamom powder .
